Over the past 30 years, Koh Shin has worked in a number of leading organisations in both the government as well as the private sectors. A significant part of his responsibilities included the identification, assessment, selection and development of top talent from around the world.  With insights gained from the best practices in these world class companies, he set out to establish Humint as a leading executive search practice in Asia by combining the customised high touch approach of a professional services firm with the power and leverage of new technology platforms.  

 

Koh Shin graduated from the University of Sheffield (U.K.) with a B.Sc. (Honors) degree in Psychology under a Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Merit Scholarship, and holds the military rank of Major (NS).  He spends most of his free time thinking and dreaming, and in making those thoughts and dreams come true.
