Elliot serves as an analyst with Humint. He is primarily involved in business development for Humint's proprietary psychometric instruments and services. This includes creating content for marketing materials, test manuals & guide books as well as developing E-learning & Certification programmes relating to psychometrics and psychological constructs.
Elliot graduated from the National University Of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours (Distinction) in Psychology. Over the course of his studies, he developed a keen interest in the application of psychological concepts to workplace contexts, as well as how advances in technology change the way we think about ourselves and others. These interests serve as his main motivation and drive to develop Humint's psychometric assessment and e-learning projects, for both professional and personal satisfaction.
In between his studies, Elliot held an internship with Kosh Consulting Group, starting out by refining and adjusting questions for psychometric assessment tools and materials to make them more accessible and appealing to the general public. Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and high independence, his duties at Kosh Consulting eventually expanded to include developing marketing materials for psychometric assessment products and services, as well as building e-learning and certification programs based around Kosh Consulting’s proprietary suite of psychometric assessments. He continues to apply himself in these areas today as a full-time employee of Humint.
